The Seven Mountains nature park is situated in the Rhineland, at the banks of River Rhine (Rhein), Federal State of Northrhine Westphalia. 

The big cities most close are Bonn and Cologne (Köln) in the North and Koblenz and Mainz in the South. 

The cities in the Seven Mountains are  Königswinter and Bad Honnef. All local trains stop here. If you come in car, the A3 motorway will take you into  the middle of the Seven Mountains nature park,  there is an exit "Siebengebirge". 

The national and international trains stop in Siegburg and Bonn. The most close airport is Cologne/Bonn (Köln/Bonn), but thanks to to ICE train, Frankfurt also is within reach.
